Tiger Eye Tumble Stone

Known for its vibrant colour and flashes in the light, Tiger Eye is a fantastic mineral to add to any collection. 
 
Crystalline structure:
Tiger Eye is a false form (pseudomorph) replacement of Crocidolite, and is a variation of Quartz. It is often found in golden, yellow or brown tones. Much of the market originates from South Africa, however, it can also be sourced from China, Brazil, India and Australia.
You can also find blue and red varieties, named Hawk-Eye, Piertersite and Red Tiger Eye.
It rates at a 4 - 7 depending on the finish, so be careful to not get it wet.

Tiger Eye works with the lower three Chakras; Solar Plexus, Sacral, and Root.
