Carnelian Heart

Noted and used throughout history, Carnelian can be found globally, but much of it originates from Brazil, Madagascar, India and Uruguay.
 
Crystalline structure:
Carnelian is a variety of Chalcedony and belongs to the Quartz family. Throughout the red, orange, yellow and brown tones, you will often find Quartz crystals. 
Carnelian has been noted throughout history, in Egypt it was considered to protect in the afterlife.
 
Metaphysical Properties:
Carnelian is a phenomenal mineral to work with. It connects to the Solar Plexus, Sacral and Root Chakras. When these three are aligned, you can find yourself driven by power, passion and courage.
It works to keep us grounded, whilst encouraging creativity and connections. It is also fantastic for strengthening the transmutation process as you work to manifest your desires.
